ATHLETE TRAINING

THERE IS NO OFF-SEASON.

Our training program is proven to drive athletic success and deliver results.  The workouts focus on functionally-sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong emphasis on basic proper technique. The training plan will focus on strength development, increased power output, flexibility, and speed. 

 

Proper form is the foundation of long-term, continuous success.The workouts become progressively more challenging once the basics have been mastered. All groups are lead by our qualified staff members to allow maximum attention.­­­­ Our athlete programs run in 13-week blocks: Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer.  We expect dedicated athletes that are disciplined to show up with a positive approach to training.

IMG ACADEMY 

I transferred to IMG  and knew that I had to step my game up. When  I got here I was  able to slide right into the training program. The trainers at  Revolution are to thank for helping get me to this next step in football.

From high school to college I trained at Revolution. I was so worried about going DI because  I didn't want to be the weakest one on the team. I realized how lucky I was to have Revolution when I was by far one of the strongest & most prepared girls on the team. A million thanks!

MIKE VERZALENO

SHENANDOAH UNIVERSITY

I started training with Derek when I was 11.  He helped keep me strong and  healthy to play at the collegiate level.  I am constantly in contact with him when i'm at school and we together work to continue keeping up my gains from my summer & winter training together.
